For institutes, grouping students by year groups or grades, one can follow the steps below:

  1. To activate grouping by years or grades:
  •  Click on Setup.
  •  Click on the Student Grouping tab.
  • Turn on the switch next to the question, "Does your Institute group students by Year Groups?".
  •  Click the "Manage Year Groups" button.

2. Adding year groups:

step 1: After activating year groups, click the"Add Year Group" button.

Pro-tip: effectively mapping the current year group with the previous year group would allow you to easily roll-over students in the new year.
