You can easily input each (teaching) staff member's pay rates within the "Subjects & Pay Rates" tab in their profile.

This input can then be used to calculate the staff member's payout - at the time of salary disbursement.

  • Setting up Staff Pay Rates
  1. Click on the Staff main menu option
  2. Select the staff member (teaching)
  3. Click on the Subjects & Pay Rates tab
  4. Check the subjects that can be delivered by the staff memberĀ 
  5. Input Pay Rates for each duration variation of the subject
