You can define, i.e. amount and due date, instalments for invoices. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Invoices option in the left main menu
  2. Click the row bearing the invoice
  3. Click the 'Record a Payment' button
  4. Toggle the switch next to Installments - Reportcard, will open the installments section wherein you can define:
    The number of installments
    - Amount payable
    at each installment
    - Due date
    of each installment
    - Any note
    to go along with the installment payment reminder

☝️Bonus: Reportcard can automatically send out reminders on the due dates to remind students of the installment payment.
