Add emergency contact details, parent/guardian information, invoicing details and contact pictures to the student's profile.

  1. Click the Students option in the left main menu.
  2. Click on the row bearing the student's name. 
  3. Click on the Edit Profile button.

Additional information:

  • Address
  • Parents or guardian: Once added, they will be able to login and check-in to their child's progress ¬†
  • Emergency contact
  • Invoice to: Invoices drawn for the student will be addressed to selected person here. It can also be a company or organisation
  • Miscellaneous¬†
