For institutes, grouping students by year groups or grades, one can follow the steps below:

  • To activate grouping by years or grades:
  1. Click on Setup.
  2. Click on the Student Grouping tab.
  3. Turn on the switch next to the question, "Does your Institute group students by Year Groups?".
  4.  Click the "Manage Year Groups" button.
  • Adding year groups:

step 1: After activating year groups, click the"Add Year Group" button.

Pro-tip: effectively mapping the current year group with the previous year group would allow you to easily roll-over students in the new year.
